Surface treatment lines

The surface treatment lines are designed for complete surface treatment and they are built up with regard to the specific requirements of customers. They are solved due to the required technological process, production capacity and available space.

The lines include equipments for surface pre-treatment before painting (mechanic or chemical pre-treatment), spraying booths for application of painting materials and equipment that ensures the successive operations (drying ovens, evaporating and cooling tunnels, conveyers etc.)

The manipulation with products is ensured by means of transport systems and conveyers. The transport of products can be solved with an overhead monorail with manual or mechanical drive, with monorail or two-rail overhead conveyers with continuous or intermittent motion, with floor conveyers, boogies etc.

Accessories

The lines can be completed with the following equipment:

For separation of volatile organic matters – emission filters or combustion device
For surface treatment of large products – lifting platforms
Spraying devices incl. equipment for paint preparation and transport
Workplaces for putty application and grinding before painting
Air ventilation units that ensure the exhausting of contaminated air and its replacement (filtration, heating, humidifying) with fresh air
