Table and floor booths with a dry filtration system

The series of table and floor booths with dry separation for spraying liquid coating compositions meets strict sanitary and ecological requirements thanks to highly efficient trapping of solid and liquid particles from coating composition sprays. When using filters with active carbon, it is also possible to trap gaseous emissions of organic hydrocarbons. The three-stage dry separation system guarantees easy maintenance and long cleaning intervals.

The series of spray booths include three table booths and four floor booths (see the enclosed table with specifications). This series makes it possible to select an optimum size of the booth according to the size of an object to be sprayed and thus the lowest possible energy demand is anticipated from coating. It is possible to make a booth with atypical dimensions according to customer wishes.

The booths are supplied in two versions

• Basic version – without the possibility to use filters with active carbon
• Ecological version – makes it possible to install filter cartridges with active carbon for trapping gaseous emissions

Exhausted floor panels

These are used in the case when it is not necessary or possible to enclose the workspace itself for technological or spatial reasons. The exhausted panel is virtually the rear separating part of the booth.

The exhausted panels are supplied in four widths of the workspace. These panels also make it possible to select between the version without emission filters and the one with a possibility to install cartridges with active carbon.

Booths (or panels) can be used for diverse techniques of CC application (standard manual spraying, painting in electrostatic field, painting using robots, manipulators, etc.).

The series of open front spray booths (hereinafter ”booths“ only) with a water filtration system is designed for provision of perfect sanitary and ecological conditions for application of liquid coating compositions (hereinafter ”CC“ only) to minor as well as medium-sized products and parts. The booths with water separation systems are suitable for plants with a higher CC consumption and namely for spraying quick-drying and water-soluble CCs. For correct operation of the water separation system, it is necessary to use a suitable coagulant to ensure precipitation and abhesion of CC sprays contained in the water system. The booths can be equipped with units for continuous purification of the water from the water separation system.
