Large spraying booths ensure the fulfillment of all hygienic and safety rules and keeping of emission limits by the surface treatment of products by means of painting.

They are designed for application of solvent borne and also water borne painting materials.

The booths are designed for surface treatment of various products, from the small types (for example pallets) to personnel cars and further to large products (for example railway wagons).

The design of the booths enables not only the paint application, but also the solvent evaporation and hardening of applied coatings by increased temperature.

With regard to the sort and amount of painting material either the dry or the wet separation system can be used.

The booth can be equipped with following accessories – equipment for transport of products, service platforms, equipment for heat recovery from the exhausted air, equipment for separation of volatile matters, spraying devices.

Optional solutions

In case of specific requirements the booth can be designed with open ceiling (for large products transported by means of a crane). For the painting of the lower parts of products the booth can be equipped with a pit or with lifting platforms.
