Driers
Driers provide paintcoat hardening at a preselected drying temperature. Their thermal mode is monitored and controlled according to preset values entered from the control panel. The driers can be conceived as chamber or transit types. The air can be heated using natural gas, Diesel oil, hot water, vapour, or electric power. The driers are equipped with a control and regulating system to ensure keeping the desired temperature and the period of drying. For drying the coating compositions based on solvents, the driers are equipped with a gas analyzer to monitor the concentration of solvent vapours within the drier space. When the limit concentration of these vapours is exceeded, the drier will be exhausted using a system of flaps.
Wind tunnels
The wind tunnels are designed for exhaustion of volatile matters, evaporating from the surface of a product right after coating composition is sprayed on to it.
The technical concept and accessories to these units are adapted to a wide range of products and industrial capacities.
These usually consist of steel panels and columns. The wind tunnels are equipped with forced air extraction. The air supply is implemented by additional vacuum-operated air intake from the surrounding spaces or by forced ventilation.
Cooling tunels
The cooling tunnels are designed for cooling down the products after passing through the drier before another handling. They have separate exhausting and air supplying units and they are made according to specific requirements.
