Spraying booth for primer, assembled of insulated panels, with dry filter, dimensions LxWxH = 6x4x3.5m, booth for drying of the priming coat, dimensions LxWxH = 8x4x3.5m.

Spray booth for top paints, assembled of layered panels, with dry filter, dimensions LxWxH = 6x4x3.5m, volatilisation booth, dimensions LxWxH = 8x4x3.5m, booth for drying of top coats (70°C, heated by hot water), dimensions LxWxH = 12x4x3.5m, manual overhead conveyor with carrying capacity 800kg, air supply hot water units with recuperation and humidification of supplied air, air ducts, electric installation.

Floor spraying booth SBPE 02 with dry filter, with a passage for a conveyor, metal sheet insulated box, dimensions LxWxH = 6.5x2x2.5m with two air-condition regimes of evaporating – drying at 60°C (drying heated by a gas thermo-ventilation unit), manual overhead conveyor with 50 carriages, air supply thermo-ventilation unit heated with gas.

Line for surface finishing of boiler bodies consists of a spraying booth with dry filter, dimensions LxWxH = 4x4.3x4m, metal sheet insulated dryer heated by natural gas with dimensions LxWxH = 8.9x2.9x4m, overhead conveyor with an electric hoist, driven roller path, metal sheet insulated box for preparation of paints, dimensions LxWxH = 4.5x3.5x4m, air supply thermo-ventilation unit, complete air ducting and electric installation.
